National Film and Sound Archive Twilight Garden Tour

Go behind the scenes with the National Film and Sound Archive’s landscape gardeners. Hear about their work in maintaining the gardens over the past 20 years, enjoy the fruits of their labour, and a twilight promenade in the spring surrounds. As Head Gardener David Norris has pointed out, this is a momentous occasion - being the first Twilight version of this very popular tour. Join us to make history!

Stay on for the evening activities of the Pause and Play at the NFSA day. Hear curators play recordings on original heritage playback machines – take an exciting journey through Australia’s screen and sound history with live presenters – and join Michael Loebenstein (NFSA CEO), Monica Penders (ScreenACT), and Andrew Pike (Ronin Films) to find out what The Good, the Bad and the Ugly collection items are while you relax under the stars in the art deco courtyard. Read more about Pause and Play at the NFSA.
