Political History of The Australian National University

The Australian National University (ANU) has a rich political history; from its establishment in 1946 by an Act of Parliament, to the notorious student protests. Amy Guthrie— Heritage Officer will lead you through some of the locations of these political events and associations, while discussing their significance in the history and evolution of ANU.
