Join us at the National Film and Sound Archive for a special screening of archived documentary Canberra: A City Album, with historic footage from Canberra’s fascinating past. To celebrate their opening, Teatro Fellini (the new NFSA café), will provide complimentary morning tea and scones prior to the film. Stay on after the film to visit the interactive exhibition and the National Film and Sound Archive shop.

About Canberra: A City Album

Explore Canberra's fascinating past. Historic footage captures the days of prohibition, the festivals, the parades and many changes in the lives of the people who have lived there. Canberra is much more than just the bush capital of Australia - it's also a place where people live, work and play. Canberra: A City Album explores a fascinating past to see what it was like to live here from the days of the first sod turnings up until self-government gave Canberrans responsibility for the Territory's future.
