November 2012

This month we have four guided tours on offer. Historian Allen Mawer will lead two different Old Acton walking tours, in which he shares with you a fascinating collection of old Acton photographs to compare with new vistas.

The knowledgeable friends of the ANU Classics and Ancient History program will lead an indoor tour of the ANU Classics Museum - one of the University's 'Cultural Jewels'.

And, in a new installment to the Capturing Acton on Camera series with photography expert Bradley Cummings, 'The Lake at Twilight' tour introduces for the first time a boat cruise on the lake with Skipper Garnett on the 'Cygnet' - a wonderful way to spend an evening while picking up valuable tips on taking the perfect picture!

Please remember to book for all tours, as numbers are limited. Click on the links below for more information about each walk and to book.
